Door Body Structure:

The door curtain adopts a split assembly structure, consisting of door panels, chain shafts, guide rollers, and upper and lower sealing strips. The door body is made of polyurethane foam material with a density of 45kg/m³, complying with GB 5237.1~5-2008 standard. The color can be customized as per client's selection. Screw fixation adopts anti-slip nuts to prevent loosening. The door body is operated by a motor through chain transmission. When opening, the door panels stack neatly above the opening; when closing, they interlock vertically for a sealed shut. The single-layer color steel sheet is 0.4mm thick, with 20-year color retention and no cracking.

Lifting Mechanism:

The upper row of door panels is driven by a motor, with a transmission shaft synchronizing the door movement. The chain transmits force and disengages via a chain push-and-separation device, equipped with a guide device to ensure smooth up-and-down operation. The support steel plate is ≥4mm thick, complying with GB/T 709-2006 standard.

Track System:

Adopts a tube-type concealed fixed dedicated track for the upper row of doors. The aluminum alloy single-layer thickness ranges from 1.5mm to 5mm with logical distribution. Both inside and outside are embedded with EPDM sealing strips. The track surface is fitted with safety warning strips (patented product).

Motor System

Adopts the Kylin brand dedicated high-torque copper-core motor, featuring an overheating protection device and precision rail limit to prevent over-travel. Power output exceeds 385N·M, with operating noise below 50dB. In addition to essential safety features such as self-locking, anti-slip, and obstacle-stop, the motor also delivers excellent noise reduction performance and ensures the door remains securely locked even during power outages. Manual operation is also available. Opening/closing speed ranges from 0.08 to 0.15m/s, with a service life of 20,000 to 30,000 cycles.

Safety Protection

Infrared safety photoelectric sensors: Photoelectric sensors are installed on both sides of the track. If an obstacle is detected under the door, the door remains open, effectively protecting people and objects below from accidents.

Control System

30M wireless remote control. Wired push-button control is also available as per client's preference.

Wind Load Resistance

Meets national standard wind resistance level 11, with resistance up to 55m/s.

Sealing Performance:

EPDM sealing strips are installed on both sides of the track, as well as on the top and bottom of the door body. The door panels are tightly interlocked to ensure no air or draft penetration.

Thermal Insulation Performance

Thermal insulation ≤ 0.6W/m·k, providing excellent insulation effect.

Manual Operation:

In case of power outage, the door can be operated manually by pulling the motor's hand chain. Manual opening/closing force: 300N–500N.

Ventilation Function

Small gaps can be customized between door panels to allow adjustable ventilation during mild seasons or when air circulation is needed, preventing humidity buildup inside the warehouse. This door type uniquely provides both protection and ventilation, making it particularly suitable for various applications.

Overall Appearance

As there are no hinges or similar hardware between door panels, the panels stack neatly above the opening when open, occupying minimal space with an orderly, aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Drive System

Transmission chain adopts 10A heavy-duty chain, complying with GB/T 9785-2007 standard.

Insulation Protection

IP54. All power cables are protected by galvanized steel conduits with standard connectors, and wire terminals use connection devices.

Switching Method

Standard 3-button control panel with emergency stop switch. In case of power outage, the door can be manually operated via hand chain, or controlled by remote control.

Maintenance Requirements:

Periodic inspection is required every 12 months. Depending on the frequency of use, apply 50–200ml of lubricant using an oiler. In a quiet environment, open and close the door in segments to observe and listen for any abnormal operation sounds.

Transparent Window

High-quality polycarbonate panels with a double-layer structure design, ensuring both thermal insulation and excellent transparency and natural lighting. The inside and outside are clearly visible, adding a premium appearance.

Quick Repair:

Damaged door panels can be replaced individually. Motor issues can be easily inspected and replaced if necessary.

Door Operation Safety Requirement

Strictly prohibit personnel or vehicles from passing through while the door is opening or closing. Equipped with an audible alarm.

Cycle Life

Under normal conditions, the door can operate for 20,000 cycles, with a service life of over 10 years.

Power Supply Requirements

380V, 5A, 50Hz. Recommended motor power supply wire gauge: 2.5 mm². Grounding wire installation is recommended.
