Door Body Mechanism

The door curtain adopts a split assembly structure, consisting of door panels, chain shafts, guide rollers, and upper/lower sealing strips. The door panels are composed of an aluminum alloy frame and acrylic glass, with colors selectable by the client. Anti-loosening nuts are used for screw fixing to prevent loosening. The door body is driven by a motor via chain transmission. When opening, the door panels stack above the doorway; when closing, they engage vertically to form a sealed closure.

Lifting Mechanism

The upper row of door panels is driven by the motor, with synchronized transmission through the drive shaft. The chain system utilizes a chain push-and-release device to engage and disengage the sprocket and chain. Guide devices are installed during door transmission to ensure smooth vertical movement. The support steel plate has a thickness of ≥4mm, complying with GB/T 709-2006 standard.

Track System

Adopts a concealed fixed dedicated track for the upper row of doors in a tubular structure. The aluminum alloy has a single-layer thickness of 1.5mm to 5mm with logical distribution. Both the inside and outside are embedded with EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer) sealing strips. The track surface is inlaid with safety warning strips (patented product).

Motor System

Equipped with a Kylin dedicated high-torque copper-core motor, featuring an overheat protection device and a precision guide limit switch to prevent over-travel. Power output > 385 N·m, operating noise < 50 dB. In addition to meeting basic requirements such as operational safety, self-locking anti-slip, and automatic stop upon obstruction, it should also have excellent noise reduction and the ability to lock the garage door securely even during power outages, with manual operation available. Opening/closing speed: 0.08–0.15 m/s. Service life: 20,000–30,000 cycles.

Safety Protection

Infrared safety photocells: Opposed photoelectric sensors are installed on both sides of the track. If an obstacle is detected beneath the door body, the door remains open, effectively protecting objects and pedestrians below from accidents.

Control System

30-meter wireless remote control; push-button control also available upon client request.

Wind Load Resistance

Complies with national standard wind resistance Level 11, with a wind load resistance of 55 m/s.

Sealing Performance

EPDM sealing strips are installed on both sides of the track and at the upper and lower sections of the door body. The door panels are tightly engaged to ensure an airtight and dustproof seal.

Thermal Insulation Performance

Thermal transmittance < 0.6 W/m·K, providing excellent insulation.

Manual Operation

In case of power outage, the motor chain can be pulled to manually open/close the door. Manual operating force: 300N–500N.

Ventilation Function

Small gaps can be configured between door panels as needed. During cooler seasons or when ventilation is required, the airflow can be adjusted to prevent moisture buildup inside the storage area. This door type uniquely provides both protection and ventilation, making it particularly suitable for diverse applications.

Overall Appearance

As no hinges or connecting hardware are used between panels, the door body stacks neatly above the opening with a compact footprint when open, presenting a clean, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Transmission System

The transmission chain adopts 10A heavy-duty chain, complying with GB/T 9785-2007 standard.

Insulation Protection

IP54 rated. All power cables are routed through galvanized steel conduits with standard connectors, and terminals are equipped with connection devices.

Switching Method

Standard 3-button control panel with emergency stop switch. After power failure, manual operation can be performed via the pull chain, or remote control can be used.

Maintenance Requirements

A routine inspection is required every 12 months. Depending on usage frequency, lubricate with 50–200 mL of oil using an oiler. In a quiet environment, open and close the door in stages while observing and listening for any abnormal operation or unusual noise.

Quick Repair

Damaged door panels can be replaced individually. In case of motor issues, they can be easily inspected and replaced as needed.

Proximity Safety Requirement

Strictly prohibit the passage of people or vehicles while the door is opening or closing. Equipped with an audible warning alarm.

Cycle Life

Under normal conditions, the door can operate for 20,000 cycles, with a service life exceeding 10 years.

Power Requirements

380V, 5A, 50Hz. Recommended power supply wire gauge: 2.5 mm². Grounding conductor installation is recommended.
